Can't complain about their service because there is no service
Their service is non existent. I have changed my banking details, sent an email, phoned them several times, no answer or reply. Eventually got to a consultant, just rudely transferred my call without even replying, gues he is on holiday. They are quick to sell loans but can not assist afternoon! I want to PAY them! IWABT TO GIVE THEM MONEY. Nope no reply, looks like they have enough money so you don't have to pay back your loan I gues.

10 Jul 2025, 13:32Please go and look at ALL the other complaints. Seems your consultants do not know how to work with customers. Maybe you should send everybody to get retrained. What a disgrace that you are associated with FNB!
