Cannot wait to part ways
Quick to debit my acc but slow to update the account with the latest transaction. No statements as well. Hefty service fees & interest but they are not willing to do their part. Sad that fnb wanted affiliate themselves with such a company.

I've paid up the outstanding amount and I'm now chasing them to give me a confirmarion letter stating this. Customer services is ignoring me, the complaints dept is ignoring me. What I see now on the acc in the fnb app is rebate interest added right after I settled the debt. The ombudsman needs to hear and see this.
