Cannot settle account
I am trying to get a settlement amount to settle my loan, Direct axis do not seem to want a person to settle early. Cannot do online as requested by call centre prompt Phone call centre, hold on forever while they check via a Bot Call centre tells you to go online. Most unhelpful service I have ever received

I received a call from DirectAxis at 13:39 yesterday. I was notified the settlement amount verbally while I pulled over while driving. I was told that they would confirm and supply details via email and email address was confirmed as the same as on the system.
