Cancellation fee for what!
My bond was attached to the loan I took in 2015 but upon settlement on my loan the house wasnt removed as 3rd party,as a result - I cannot settle my bond off after losing my job. On the 4th March 2020 Direct Axis confirmed to have cleared it but that wasn't the truth.The R52K is still recorded under my bond at the Deeds office. I logged another complaint,on 24th March they responded saying I need to pay approximately R4000 to complete full cancellation process. 1.They didnt tell me about this additional cost when I took the loan back in 2015 2. They said the matter was resolved on the 4th March without a mention of the R4000.00 I have used Direct Axis few times before,since 2007 and I always has been a loyal client, never missed a payment & paid off my loan within 2 years - always! Now this!!!
