Can someone just contact me!

I have a Sanlam Personal loan - administered by Direct Axis. I am in the process of settling this loan, however the settlement amount provided + the amount I have already paid thus far= The Outstanding Contractual amount inclusive of the interest for the entire loan term. This does not make sense if I am paying this loan off 5 years before its end-date. The worst part is that I am unable to get to ANYBODY to assist me with this query. I have called multiple times just to hold on for 10 - 15 minutes before I get to speak to a consultant. When I finally get to somebody, I get transferred to who knows where, because the call just never gets answered...and eventually dropped. This is so frustrating. I am at my wits end. I can not believe firstly - that the service is of such a poor nature. Secondly - that I am supposed to pay back interest for the term of the loan, when I am settling 5 years before the end date. Is the interest not supposed to be calculated daily? And when you settle the rest of the interest that was calculated for the rest of the term, falls away? Please just have someone contact me asap.
