Can not contact Direct Axis at all.

I made an arrangement with your collections department, and paid by debit order, but still Direct Axis is harassing me with sms messages that i am in arrears. When i phone Direct Axis, the line is cut EVERY time when they transfer me to a consultant. USELESS TO TRY AND CONTACT ANY ***** WORKING AT DIRECT AXIS. ALL USELESS EMPLOYEES.
