Can I have a payed up letter direct axis and MBD

I had payed up the loan for Direct axis and to get a payed up letter it's a problem since from the 18th been calling them and they gave me finance direct line ***/5179 but no 1 is answering all I need is a payed up letter and to clear my name, and when I contact MBD their legal attorneys they say I'll get the payed up letter from DirectAxis

At direct axis it has been three full weeks since you said you resolving the matter but nothing has happened, to get a payed up letter after receiving the payment it takes 48hours latest can be 72hours

Thanks to African Bank who has already cleared my name on their side
