CALL NEVER ANSWERS
Over the last few weeks I have attempted to call for a settlement and I wait and I wait and I wait, however if I select the prompt for a \new application"the call is answered immediately! But sadly the employee will not assist me and transfers me or will take a message that is NEVER returned. <br> <br> Quick to take and very poor to give. """
