Call Direct to clear my name

I am my complain of payment with Call Direct. I once took a loan with Call Direct which I paid after my retirement in 2017, they then emailed me a confirmation letter that I have paid the account in full. The debt counsellors and customer care are calling me asking me to pay the account. They told me that Call Direct told me that I still have outstanding amount. I am blacklisted my name cannot be cancelled due to the account of Call Direct. I am writing this letter asking Hello Peter to help me so that Call Direct can clear my name.
