Call centre

I am disappointed with this company, I phoned yesterday for a settlement balance, was told it will be emailed yesterday and still nothing received. I phoned the call center this morning and the person just said hello the whole time, nothing. Everytime I call I have to listen to the same thing, repeat my ID multiple times, use my airtime. It is very frustrating!!
