Call back feature pointless
<p>I have sent three different call back requests and you still haven't been in touch with me. In addition, I have arrears charges which is not possible since I have met every single debit-order payment to date. Please provide me with a settlement quote as quick as possible.</p>

But I will emphasise again that you need to speed up your response times with regard to the call-back feature.
