I have emailed direct axis in the 12 May 2023 to update my banking details. I received a response that it can't be done as I need to give them 5 business days before debit order date. If you count time time from the 12 to the 18th is 5 working days. My debit date is the 20, how can u start tracking debits 5 days before a debit order

When I called in and spoke to the consultant she said I can amend anytime as long as it is I have confirmation my debit was successful.

Should the debit be unsuccessful I will take this up with the Ombudsman, as per you process I gave u the sufficient time to amend the details.
