Bureau Enquiry done on My profile without consent

Hi I see a bureau enquiry was done on my credit profile yesterdat 2017/10/25 and i have never answered your call center calls,who gave you consent to check my credit profile it is againts the law to just check people's profile i need urgent feedback before i log a call with NCR or Amburds.
