breach of contract

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I have a loan with direct axis and I told them to debit my account on the 26 of each month since I am getting paid on the 25th ( telephone conversation proof available to them). Last month I was debited on the 25th and this month I was debited on the 24th. This is totally not acceptable and I will cancel their debit order with my bank if this is not solved now.
