Breach of contract

I have a loan with direct axis,account no ***According to our records the loan had an insurance should anything happened, I was never told that the insurance will cover me for six months on our conversation over the phone with the consultant. And now I am being retrenched our company has closed down no income at all.So the confusing part is how do they work with their insurance they don't tell the truth to their client. They are making my name bad.Please i need your help.Banks they cancel but them they cant why,while therer is insurance
