Breach of Contract -
I signed up to have this debit order go off on pay day 27th of each month. I transferred money from my husbands account to my account to pay for our weekend away. This morning direct axis took off the instalment. 24th?????? spoke to megan. She tried to help but says there is nothing they can do. I demand a refund. I contractually agreed that instalment go off on payday.
