BREACH OF CONTRACT

I have a loan with direct Axis which I have been paying on time every month - no hassles with the repayment from my side. They have debited my account before the agreed debit date because the debit date falls on a weekend. I have not been paid yet! Where am I suppose to get money now?? I called them and they responded that I agreed to these terms and conditions. I said that this is not in the terms and conditions and asked them to read the line where it says that I can be debited before my agreed payment date. They just took my email address and nothing happened. I then went to read my self and this is what is says:

2. Repayments and how We will use Your payments (page 2 of the terms and conditions) " To this end, it is a condition of the Agreement that you authorise us to originate a monthly debit order against the bank account that your income is paid into. With the exception of December, deductions will be made on your salary date, or on the last business day preceding this date where this date falls on a weekend or public holiday, provided that such date is not earlier than your instalment due date. Should we become aware of a change to your salary date or bank account details, your debit order details will be adjusted accordingly."

Your staff is not even aware of this correct information. This is a breach of contract and i would like my money paid back to today still! you can do another debit order AFTER my payment date or on it as AGREED to!!
