Big let down by Direct Axis

In 2016 I was offered a secured loan with Direct Axis. I signed the paper work but decided not to go ahead with the loan. The loan was not paid out to me . However, when I sold my property this year, the transfer and registration was rejected at the deeds office. Reason given was Direct Axis has a bond registered on the property. I called Direct Axis and gave instruction to an attorney to cancel the bond. I requested that the cancellation should by Direct Axis expedited for the following reasons: 1. The attorneys registered the bond due to a mistake committed by Direct Axis. 2. The buyer of the property has given notice to her landlord that she will be vacating her property at the end of November. 3. The deeds office will close on the 3rd of December and if the papers are not lodged as soon as possible it would be delayed till next year. However, i have not received any response. I am presently in Canada, I have to wake up at odd hours to call Direct Axis and all they do is transfer me from one department to another.
