BEWARE: Shocking business practice!!!

<p>Settled my loan with them over 1 and half years ago. For the first time since then out of the blue I start reviewing sms's and harassment calls to say I still owe them money- over 1 and half years later with NO contact during this time and now they inform me??? Turns out DirectAxis did not close the account properly and interest had accumalated during this time!! I bought it to their attention and the settled/ closed account BUT the DAMAGE they caused on my credit rating is irreparable.!!! DirectAxis DOES NOT care about the damage done to my credit rating. Their staff are useless and they DONT CARE! They have not responded to any of my mails as they promised me a "credit check" and have NOT delivered on their promise again. Management is naturally no-where to be found and MY credit rating suffers over something that was NOT my fault but theirs!!! BEWARE OF THE VULTURES, they dont care if they ruin your credit rating due to their poor infrastructure and *********** staff! NO company should be able to get away with something like this!!! Disgusting business practice!!! </p>
