This "business" uses the name and address (and even logo) of an existing loan company called DirectAxis. The "business" attracts would-be lenders by offering very low interest rates and even invite people even if those who are blacklisted. They will invariably approve your application and, then, ask you for a ridiculous upfront fee. Once that is paid, they will inform you that you have to also pay insurance. However, THEY ARE **********. You will never see the "loan". The real loan company charges higher interest rates and DO NOT ASK FOR UPFRONT FEES.
