Be careful with your debit order dates. Shocking !!!!!!!!!!!!

Giving a one star is too high !!!!!! On two previous phone conversations with them I have told them never to deduct my debit order before pay day. I even gave them a date on which the debit order can come off. Well this is the 3rd time they have debited my account before payday. One time they even took it upon themselves to debit my account a week ahead of time. Lucky there are funds in the account if there was insufficient funds I would be blacklisted and I would have a bad credit rating while they sit back and just do as they please. I tried calling Direct Axis 3 times on Friday but cant get through. Bet if I wanted a loan my call would have been attended to !!!!!! Warning to everyone out there you stipulate a debit date and they change to please themselves.
