Bad taste while you have zero income!!!!

I really do have a problem with direct axis as they just want to make more money out of me. Even though they know that the whole world is going through a crisis with the virus thing. I have app**** and asked for them to freeze my payments for 3 months because my income has been stop dew to the fact that there is no one coming in from overseas. So I have zero income until they open the airports for overseas people to enter the country. So now they want to give me a loan that will pay the 3 months but once I'm able to earn a income again I must pay a extra loan over and above the one I currently have. If you don't pay they will be quick to have your credit score have a bad name. Even if they come to the table and say you loan payments will be extended for 3 months at the same rate and no extra cost.

Hello Brent.  We have received your review. This is an emergency loan, offered at the prime interest rate, with a repayment term of 60 months, to cover the instalments on your DirectAxis/Cashpower/Call Direct loan for 3 months.  If you are successful in your application, you won’t have to pay any instalments for 3 months. Your instalments will be covered by the money made available from the emergency loan.  You won’t pay any additional service or admin fees.  The Cashflow Relief Loan charges interest at the Prime Rate which means you will pay less interest than if this were a normal payment holiday on your current loan.  Team DirectAxis

Thank you for your reply.
I have a problem with the fact that direct axis wants to help but give me a loan on the side and that over and above my existing loan that I have. So end of the day now I have 2 loans to pay off. And even if its like a small amount that's not the point the thing is direct axis could just have told me that they will freeze the loan payments for 3 months and just add it at the end of me load agreement. To at least help me out now as direct axis know we are going trough a difficult time. I even send my letters to state that I'm earning Zero income. Direct Axis is part of Sanlam how can sanlam help me to freeze it for 3 months and just add these months on at the end? That's where I have the problem!!
