Bad service,pathetic staff,not a helping company when o e needs help

They are the worst loan company ever..iv had a loan by them always paying not one day missed 10years strong..wish i never used them..i called in just before this covid19 issue to ask them if we can make a relief payment by lowering my payment..there floor supervisor simply told me they are in the process of making a plan for us..its one month later no one called or tried anything to help me..so they debit my account on the 25April no funds as my company only paid me the 28April..money in money out i assume all is well..today get a mail im in arrears..i call them the most unhelpful un educated staff iv ever had to deal with rude got no service manners and hold you online for more then 45min(this being a 086 num)so i ask them can they lower my premiums the answer is NO..so i ask them can they give me a top up seing that they taking money and ill run short on other accounts i can use this and **** those and pay one account THEY INSTANTLY SAY YES(so you cant lower my premiums but you can give me a top up) Saying this i do the form to c whats the outcome and geuse what im in bad dept...NOW THIS IS SERIOUS FOR ME..iv requested that a supervisor or manager phone me...still no call received...(i wonder what they would do if i change my bank details and never pay them again,just out of spite) CALL ME IM READY FOR YOU
