Bad service to finalize loan
Received SMS to say loan approved (finally after 5 days) and to phone number on SMS to finalize. I have phoned and spoke to 4 different agents. 2 saying they will phone back yet nobody ever does. A debit order has already been loaded on my bank account for payment tonight yet I have not received an payment or have my loan finalized.

31 Aug 2022, 12:23Agent phoned me to finalize and in the last minute said oh she is looking for some documents as she needed my proof of address and ID. I HAVE MAILED THEM 7 TIMES ALREADY. She said she will phone me back as she is just working through the documents received... It's been an hour already still she has not phoned back. I'm getting very tired of this taking so long...
And as said before... You have already signed a debit order on my bank
