BAD SERVICE FROM DIRECT AXIS

They phoned me to tell me my loan has been approved explained the amount, and the installment I had to ask what the interest rate was. She immediately asked me do I want to accept the offer. I asked her don't you need bank statements or payslips and she said you can send if you want and said I need to accept this then she will confirm the terms and conditions if I decide I don't want the offer I can phone to cancel, but what if I get charged bank charges to get give the funds back I cant believe that she would make me take the deal immediately without me making an informed decision about what I am signing up for.

She had such a bad attitude as she was speaking over me the whole time I was talking never answered anyone of my questions and told me this offer is valid for 5 days.

I told her that I don't want to deal with her anymore I want someone else to contact me, this service is absolutely pathetic NO SUPRISE NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.

I WISH I HAD THIS PERSONS NAME BUT IM SURE THEY CAN PICK UP WHO WAS WORKING ON MY APPLICATION.
