Bad Service from Direct Axis

This is a protest email from a very disgruntled Client.

The service/attitude received from Direct Axis, has been atrocious as it has been sorely lacking, I have been liaising with your ‘team since 24th August 2016 after a personal loan was offered to me for being a good customer.

Here are but a few of my problem/faults, listed below:

· Tried to make contact since 12th August – no answer; continuous ringing.

· Contacted and spoke to a consultant on the 24th August. No telephone etiquette received from all people dealt with.

· I forwarded requested documents; after six days no notification received.

· I contacted Direct Axis again- the vulgar rude manner whereby Direct Axis staff deal with clients is truly pathetic.

· This time I was told to resend the documents as the pdf file could not be opened.

· I did as per requested.

· No response received yet again – I had to resend the document once again.

· On the 15th I called Direct Axis again asking if my documents had been received.

· Pelisa Noko answered – she then said a person by the name of Pumla had spoken to me the day before.

· I asked where she received the information – she changed her tune and then said, “ no Pumla tried calling you and could not get hold of you”

· I then asked for her Supervisor – Qayyom Martin – he was not available – I contacted after 30minutes he was still not available – I then asked for his Manager Devan Johnson – all of a sudden Qayyom Martin was available to speak.

· Qayyom Martin told me he was in a meeting and I had contacted the Inbound Department – I then told him the Customer should come first at all times and be seen to/attention paid in any department the Customer dials into.

· I asked him for his Manager’s details, he mentioned Janene Wray was not available.

· Qayyom then said he would get Ibraheem Jackson to contact me.

· This was done. I had to forwad my document again.

· However it turned into a push away conversation. ALL Staff seem to have this attitude as if they are there doing the customer a favour; the customer in fact is doing them the greatest favour. Who ensures that staff members Salary is paid every month???

· Ibraheem Jackson himself, was shocked at the amount of days Direct Axis had kept me waiting.

On paper Direct Axis offers the best services but it is sad to see that the Client does not count to anyone working in “your team”.

I have no words for the lack of response

I contacted Direct Axis today asking for Qayyom Martin and I was transferred to switchboard, I am very sure it was purposely done so by Sawaaz Ismail. How I wish I did not, they ruined my day with their rude behaviour towards a CUSTOMER and I would not advise that anyone liaises with them as I would not want to in future….This proved to be fruitless.

I am truly not impressed with the “services” supposedly rendered.

Put the following words in bold on each and every staff members desk – starting with Management – THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST.

Thank you
