Bad service
I had a loan with Direct Axis and went to Nedbank online and they consolidated my Direct Axis loan and now they are phoning me continiously that I still owe them because myself and Nedbank didn't ask for a settlement amout. Now Im being penalise for something I didnt know. I will never be a client again and I will never refer someone to them.
