Bad service
I have a personal loan by directaxis..but getting any response via email is hopeless. Contacting there support the people wont even assist u over the phone and then just drop the call. I am so dissapointed and wont recommend them anymore. Im trying to apply for the covid 19 relieve fund and now they cant find any records off my loan. How convenient
