BAD SERVICE DIRECT AXIS!

I have NEVER missed a payment with Direct Axis, and despite me contacting the Call Centre with no reply - just hanging on listening to music and messages for 20 minutes, emailing their offices, I still get SMS messages EVERY DAY that they have not received my latest payment! This is the WORST service. Beware, they are easy to sell you credit, but beware if you have queries later!
