Bad service Direct Axis

My forms was approved for dread desease, my Hollard grouplife is cancelled, but still Direct Axis do not even phone back if you left your number. They need to pay back one month installment. I have reviers last month money after I got a letter that the Insurance had paid them infull. They are useless. They still need to pay back Oct installment.
