Bad service
The worst institution to deal with ... frustrated client. I app**** for a loan 4 years ago and last year I submitted a claim as I was retrenched.Direct axis claims that my cover is only for 6 months when a consultant confirmed that I have cover for 12 months.I am disappointed as I didn’t receive a copy of the terms and conditions.
