Bad service

Disgusting service

I took out a loan with directaxis they came via FNB and I thought they were legit business , the loan I took out was later repaid fully within a month or two and to my Suprise they are still debiting my account till date and I have called them on numerous times and what's worst is the email adresses they gave me are all not working and the calls are not going to their customer service department today I have been holding for over 25 mimutes for assistance.
