BAD SERVICE - APPROVED THEN DECLINED

I need a answer by the end of the day, I need that money urgently for something that needs to be done tomorrow

STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK FROM THESE PEOPLE, THIS IS SUCH BULL ****, I NEVER SKIPPED ANY PAYMENTS STILL THEY DONT WANT TO HELP ME BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT AND I USE MY FIANCE'S ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST YEAR. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I would give this company none stars if i could, I have a Directaxis loan for 2 years now, I app**** for a additional loan on my loan , It was approved and all, Then i get a call to say that they declined the order because me and my fiance is sharing one bank account, My debit orders are going off on this account for the past year already , I have never skipped one payment nothing, Then you get this kind of serive, This is terrable service, Approved then declined really, I would not have app**** for a loan if it was not neccesarry, But i need that money for personal reasons, This is really rediculous!!!!!

Lets see how long this will take

All the people must go to african bank, Atleist they have the option to chose a joint account.

Dont use Directaxis, They are not willing to assist even though you have a existing loan with them RATHER GO TO A BANK THAT IS WILLING TO ASSIST YOU!!!!
