BAD SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION

Sorry that I have to give you 1 star you don't deserve any star, I try to pay off my loan but can't get hold of anyone to get a statement, on the phone, they said I must log in onto their website and get it there but there is only a message to email *** or phone them(that I did as well) I'm just going to stop their debit order when they try to take the money, worst service, same as FNB , can see why they are partners, can someone please call me before you try to deduct another payment. DON'T TELL ME THERE IS SO MANY PEOPLE PHONE AND SENDING EMAIL THAT YOU CAN'T GET BACK TO ME FOR 2 WEEKS
