Bad service and *****
I had a person loan with direct axis and paid it up last November I was even sent a paid up letter. There is an amount of R380 that is due to me and I have been calling since the past 2 weeks to refund me back via Hyphen PDA. I was told the same reason 4 times after calling that the manager needs to approve he/she is in a meeting. You guys were quick to send me messages when I was under debt review that my installment is low now that I am done paying you, you ignore my request. Just please refund me back no matter how little the money is pay me back. You don't even call or reply to my email.
