BAD SERVICE
On first week of lockdown I app**** for covid relief , no response, after numerous attempts still no response I account goes into arrears and still no one has called me regarding the covid relief application Then *** and her husband Samir call me to sort and activate the covid relief, as you can see below I contacted her regarding the status of my account She assured me it is sorted out, yesterday I get an sms that my account has been handed over to Hammond lawyers. I called yesterday and akisha Justin was supposed to call me back still no one has called me back. No one has even emailed me back. How are you assisting clients by not responding back to them.

04 Aug 2020, 15:40my credit rate now is affected by your staff members that did nit do their job properly, I am not happy about this, covid relief was for April may June.. my first instilment should have been July, please rectify immediately
