Bad Service

I received a paid up letter from Debt review after I was informed that I owe R20 000 a few months ago. I requested an actual statement and they told me on the fone that it was calculated manually. Chances are they have overcharged me. That I don't know because they haven't sent me a statement to date highlighting how they calculated how my account is paid up all of a sudden. I need a statement. I have sent an email again this morning
