Bad service
I app**** for a loan with Direct Axis last week and was told the loan was approved but now i don't even know what is going on.I wanted to make improvements on my parents home before their 31st wedding anniversary but now my plans have been messed up.Can someone tell me whats going on?had i known before hand i would have asked for time at work and gone directly to a bank that would appreciate my services.
