Bad service

Good day <br> <br> On Friday 12/02/2016 I app**** for a loan ,I was told my application was succesfull,i was then told that my contract will be send to me via e-mail nothing received ,Then another agent called me I informed her that im approved she then told me that I must read the terms and that she will give me a call back in 15 minutes .I received NO phone call till NOW.I have send my proof of income and address on Friday to customer care <br> <br> My application has expired and I needed that money for my wedding now im stuck thanks to your badservice .I logged 3 call back requests and NO CALL BACK was made I have the e-mail to proof .<br> <br> I want the money that I was approved for because im not at fault.
