Bad service

I app**** for a loan last week with direct axis I've since been send having to resend documents being called by a number of people trying to verify the same thing over and over again to date i still have not received a pay out. I was told I'll payout will be today but I still haven't received the money. I need to know if I'll be getting the money today if not can direct axis please cancel the application for the loan.
