Bad Service

Last week on 02/12.2015 I requested a settlement quote and got it and paid the money I was quoted on,Today the 08/12/2015 I followed up to find out if my settlement has been cleared and I was told I still owe them money. This is unacceptable and *********** for such a huge Organisation, they treat their customers badly.
