Bad Service
Once again i am experiencing issues with the call center again. The loan was settled on the 14 November 2018. I received my refund for November and December on the 23 January 2019. On the very same day I called the call center as a debit order for "JANUARY" 2019 had been taken off my bank account and the call center agent mentioned that it is not reflecting on their side i should call back this week. I called today and i had to explain the whole issue again to the call center agent he told me to hold and i waited for 20minutes. I would like to be refunded for the January debit order that has been deducted on my account.
