BAD SERVICE
I am terribly dissapointed in the level of service I am receiving. I have been emailing for over 2 weeks regarding a discreptancy on my loan account and no response, but let you not pay your months installment, they are very quick to contact you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By receiving no response it makes me feel that there definately is something not right with my loan account.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
