Bad Service

Yesterday I spend most of the day on hold to your documents department.<br> <br> I app**** for a lone and it was approved but I needed to submitted documents<br> <br> The first 4 times I was put on hold to them where I put down the phone after 20 minutes.<br> Once the phone was put down in my ear And once I was so lucky for one of the ladies that said she would see what is going on, She put the phone down on her desk and I had to listen to her having a chat to her friends I put the phone down after 10 minutes as no one was coming back to me.<br> <br> Last night at 17h30 I tried again for the last time to call. My call was answers and I was told someone is working on my file, he will send an e-mail asking that person to call me back That was 12 hours ago, so I guess they will not be calling back<br> <br> There is never a floor manager available, and I have asked several times for someone to call me back. In 2 days no one has called me back.<br> <br> Really ?? I this the kind of service you give your clients ??
