Bad service
Good evening I've requested a settlement letter from Direct axis and it was sent to me I then with the settlement amount of R41175.74. On the 16th April I transferred the funds but by my surprise yesterday I've received their statement showing that I'm still owing them.
I sent them proof of payment along with settlement letter that was sent to me but no response from them.
