Bad service
How can I get two settlement letters in a space of 4 days with different settlement amounts . And a statement that has a third different amount. Which one has the correct amount on it. And how can you include the credit protection for in the settlement because I’m settling early. Happy to take this to banking ombudsman and show each time how there is a different settlement amount
