Bad Mannered Agents

I have never been so disappointed in a customer care agent as I was today in Kaylin ( who very kindly spelt her name) and had no qualms of being rude. I have been a customer of DA for a good couple of years, I probably have 6 months left of my Loan, and all i wanted to do was change my debit order details, an no time did she tell me, that " Mam it is going to increase your monthly payments etc, only at the end of the conversation did she state the amount, when i asked why, she literally shouted at me, she wouldn't let me have my say,, when i told her that if i spoke to a customer the way she does, i would get fired..I asked for the manager, very conveniently the manager was unavailable, which seems to be the case if you wish to complain, She is rude, a bad image for the Company, and never again will i recommend your Company or will you get return business from me. I am so sorry, as i had held you in high regards. I have never defaulted, been a bad customer or complained.. But this it ..
