Bad face hand experience.
I was double debited and from the morning I have been trying to get a hold of of them but my call keeps getting cut. I sent an email no respond. I need a refund to be done because my about has been paid up in full with an extra amount. I really didn't think I would get such service from customer service.

Debit order payment is reflecting, my transfer is showing as an available money but I'm being asked for proof of payment. This really doesn't make sense to me. So many problems and this is my first payment.
Can I get a reply as to when I'm getting my money back.... You don't even call back your clients if the phone gets disconnected.
I'm disappointed and trust me this was my first and last time I'm doing business with direct axis
