BAD DIRECT AXIS
I have been attempting for a month now to resolve a query. I have been on the phone every day and you hold on for ever. I have sent numerous emails without getting a response. When emailing their complaints department they read your mails and give you the customer apology, but still no one phones or emails you back with a resolution to your problem. I will never make use of their service again. They have cost me so much money, and I expect to be compensated for all the frustration I experienced in my dealings with them!
