Bad Debt Written Off

I had some trouble paying back a small loan to Direct Axis. I was in communication with them all the time. The final amount was dedicated from my account. So the account was paid in full. They listed me on the credit bureau fro Bad Debt Written Off, and that I defaulted on the loan. This is untrue. Now despite hours on the phone I can't get hold of anyone who can help me. The one person who know what he was talking about promised that all is sorted and my record will be cleared. It is 4 months later and no luck yet. Please help.
